What are you Committed to?

Looking at your life right now, what are you committed to? Summer homework. Dance. Football. Being Kind. Minimizing procrastination. Saying thank you. Being a better friend. A better listener.
I am committed to being a better leader. I spend time reading about being a better leader. I listen to leadership podcasts, I follow good/great leaders on Twitter and Facebook. I think about what good leaders say, do, and how they act. I imagine myself in situations where I can show my leadership skills, and how those situations play out.
Start with a small self-commitment and move forward.
